2. Data collection when visiting the website

a) Logfiles

When you visit our website, your browser automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is collected without your intervention: Name of the accessed Internet page, your IP address, date and time of access, website from which access is made (referrer URL), browser used and name and version of your browser and operating system.

These data will be processed by us for the following purposes:

Use of the Brevo Email Service Provider

d) Playing trailers
For the integration of videos we use plugins of the video portal Vimeo. Each time you visit a site that offers one or more Vimeo video clips, a direct connection is established between your browser and a Vimeo server in the USA. Information about your visit and your IP address is stored there. By interacting with the Vimeo plugin (e.g. clicking the start button), this information is also transmitted to Vimeo and stored there. 3. Data collection when using filmingo

With your explicit consent and for your benefit we store manually or automatically recorded personal data, such as for example:

• Telephone number(s)

• Language preferences
• Date and origin of account activity (registration, login)
• Purchase of subscriptions, gift subscriptions and individual rentals (date, method of payment and other entries)
• Information about rented films (title, time, used devices, current position and playing duration)

This data is required for:

• Simplification of operation
• Fraud protection
• Continue watching previous film

Sending system and transactional emails
For sending system and transactional emails (e.g. account and password notifications, purchase or subscription confirmations, as well as technical communications), we use the Brevo GmbH platform, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. The personal data required for sending these emails is processed by Brevo on our behalf. Processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of providing and operating our services. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties except for the following purposes:

• All credit card data is stored and processed via secure connections by the payment service provider SIX Payment Services. We never process or store credit card information on our servers.
• We may share your personal information when necessary to comply with laws and regulations.

5. Tracking-Tools

We use the tracking measures listed below to ensure that our website is designed and continuously optimised to meet requirements. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures in order to record the use of our website statistically and to evaluate it internally for the purpose of optimising our offer.

a) Google Analytics
We use the Google Analytics service. In this context, pseudonymised user profiles are created and cookies are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website such as

b) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
To statistically record the use of our website and for the purpose of optimising our website, we also use Google Conversion Tracking. Google Adwords sets a cookie on your computer if you have accessed our website via a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page.

Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be traced via the websites of Adwords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Adwords customers see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they will not receive any information that personally identifies users.

c) Facebook Pixel
The filmingo website uses the remarketing function 'Custom Audiences' of Facebook Inc. '('Facebook'). So-called tracking pixels are integrated on our pages. This function is used to present interest-based advertisements ('Facebook ads') to visitors to this website when they visit the social network Facebook. For this purpose, Facebook's remarketing tag has been implemented on this website. This tag establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers when you visit the website. The information that you have visited this website is transmitted to the Facebook server and Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. In addition, we use the 'conversion pixel' or visitor action pixel from Facebook. We use the Sentry service from Functional Software, Inc. on our website and apps. Sentry is used to monitor and analyze errors in our applications in order to ensure the stability and functionality of our website. Information such as IP address, details of the device and browser used and steps that led to a technical error are processed.

We use the most common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Usually this is a 256 bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. Whether a single page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form is indicated by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.

We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties.
