If you have a Vimeo account and do not want them to collect information about you through this website and link to your Vimeo membership information, you must log out of Vimeo before visiting this website. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties except for the following purposes:

  • All credit card data is stored and processed via secure connections by the payment service provider SIX Payment Services. We never process or store credit card information on our servers.
  • We may share your personal information when necessary to comply with laws and regulations.

5. Tracking-Tools

We use the tracking measures listed below to ensure that our website is designed and continuously optimised to meet requirements. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures in order to record the use of our website statistically and to evaluate it internally for the purpose of optimising our offer.

The respective data processing purposes and data categories can be found in the corresponding tracking tools.

a) Google Analytics
We use the Google Analytics service. In this context, pseudonymised user profiles are created and cookies are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website such as

  • browser type/version,
  • operating system used,
  • referrer URL (the previously visited page),
  • host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
  • time of the server request,

are transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services associated with the use of the website and the Internet for the purposes of market research and demand-oriented design of these Internet pages. This information may also be transferred to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of the company. Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with other data from Google. The IP addresses are anonymized so that an assignment is not possible (IP masking).

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser add-on (

Further information on data protection in connection with Google Analytics can be found in the Google Analytics Help (

b) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
To statistically record the use of our website and for the purpose of optimising our website, we also use Google Conversion Tracking. Google Adwords sets a cookie on your computer if you have accessed our website via a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page.

Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be traced via the websites of Adwords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Adwords customers see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they will not receive any information that personally identifies users.

If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also reject the setting of a cookie required for this - for example using a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. You can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the "" domain. Google's privacy policy for conversion tracking can be found here (

c) Facebook Pixel
The filmingo website uses the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" of Facebook Inc. "("Facebook"). So-called tracking pixels are integrated on our pages. This function is used to present interest-based advertisements ("Facebook ads") to visitors to this website when they visit the social network Facebook. For this purpose, Facebook's remarketing tag has been implemented on this website. This tag establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers when you visit the website. The information that you have visited this website is transmitted to the Facebook server and Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. In addition, we use the "conversion pixel" or visitor action pixel from Facebook. By calling up this pixel from your browser as a result of clicking on an advertisement on Facebook, Facebook can subsequently see whether such an advertisement was successful, i.e. whether it led to an online purchase. We only receive statistical data from Facebook for this purpose without reference to a specific person. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical purposes.

You can find the data protection statement for Facebook with more detailed information on the collection and use of your data by Facebook and on your rights and options for protecting your privacy in this regard in Facebook's data protection information at Alternatively, you can deactivate the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" at You must be logged in to Facebook to do this.

8. Data security

We use the most common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Usually this is a 256 bit encryption.
