Sabiha works in an erotic call center on the outskirts of Ankara, answering call after call under the pseudonym Arzu. When a powerful earthquake strikes Istanbul, a trapped teenager calls back using the redial button. Arzu sees only one way to save him. She makes a call, unaware that it will draw her into a political conspiracy.
