Hamid roams through Strasbourg. He belongs to the secret organisation «Yaqaza», whose aim is to track down Syrian war criminals in Europe. After a failed mission, Hamid believes he has finally recognised his former tormentor. But as he has never seen his face, he is basically chasing a phantom. The organisation doubts his assessment and wants to stop him. But Hamid is convinced - and obsessively sets off in pursuit.
