Seventeen-year-old Ainara comes from a wealthy family and attends a Catholic high school in Bilbao. Just before her final exams and the decision about her future, she surprises her family with a radical choice: she wants to enter a convent and become a nun. While her father accepts her decision, her aunt Maite suspects that the sudden calling may conceal a deeper issue.

Told from the perspective of a young woman, the film explores family tensions, the search for identity, and the need for direction.
