Meine Freundin Conni - Abenteuer mit Kranich Klaus

Conni is in for a very special weekend. Her parents and little brother are visiting relatives without her, as she has been invited to a birthday party. But the girl and her cat Mau are not alone at home: her grandfather has come to stay, and Anna and Simon are also spending the night. As if that weren’t exciting enough, a crane suddenly lands near their house. Conni’s fussy neighbour is far from pleased. He is afraid that the large bird will destroy his carefully tended rose garden. But the crane, Klaus, can no longer fly properly and urgently needs help.

Conni is one of the most popular children’s book characters in the German-speaking world. Since the first book featuring the warm-hearted, curious girl in her red-and-white striped jumper was published in 1992, more than 50 million copies have been sold. Now Conni returns in a new film: «Meine Freundin Conni – Abenteuer mit Kranich Klaus» is a whimsical story about friendship, solidarity and discovering nature.
